Returns & Exchanges:
we accept returns for the faulty items only, and for returns, we only refund the item costs, For the shipping costs,handlng fee and other fees, they can not be refunded. and if you want to return the right items, then it is our policy to charge $25 restocking fee.
We stand behind every item we sell 100%. If you get your item and you do not want it for any reason you can send it back to us for money refund (but need to pay shipping fee) or exchange.
You will have to pay for the shipping back to us. Also the item must be in new unworn condition.
Contact us before you return something.
If you refuse a package you will not get a refund.We do not give refunds for out of stock items.
We will notify you that your item is out of stock and you will have to order something else.
Shipping Price: $15 for the first item and $5 for each additional item.
Reordering out of stock shoes:
If you get this message: Your shoes were out of stock please reorder 1 pair. Choose money order as your form of payment. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY AGAIN.
That means:
1. Choose another shoe from our site, then email us with the item number and shoe size.
2. If we tell you the shoe is in stock, then you can go to the site and order that shoe. Choose money order as your form of payment. This means you do not have to pay with a money order because you have already paid for these shoe. But we need you to reorder the shoes through our site so that we can keep track of your order. Make sure you order the shoes under your same name or your order will not get processed.
We do not give refunds if you order a cheaper shoe nor do we make you pay more if you order a higher price shoe.
We usually use the tracable shipping methods as UPS ground, TNT, EMS, DHL to ship you the orders and once the orders are shipped out, the tracking numbers are available. we will not be responsible for re-shipment if you provided us with an And please allow 4 to 14 business days for the delivery, But if you want to return any order, please always remember to contact us first and get your specific RA number (return authorization number) before sending it back to us, or your credit will not be issued.
Please make sure you enter the right shipping address. incorrect address. We will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide us with a physical address we can ship your product to. We are not responsible if you have provided us with a Wrong Delivery Address. Re-Shipment of Product will be made on your Expense if you have provided us with a Wrong Delivery Address.
